Shipping & Return policy

All of our Malabskin products are shipped to you from Belgium via a secure shipping method. You have the option to choose track & trace. If you don't, it is not our responsibility if the package get lost. 

 

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address.

 

Orders placed before 22:00 from Monday to Friday shipped to the Netherlands or Belgium, will be delivered the between 3 - 5 business days. For all other shipping destinations, orders placed before 14:30 from Monday to Friday will be delivered 5 - 10 business days.

 

Malabskin ships to selected countries in Europe.

 

We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

 

In case your Malabskin package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box and the Malabskin products and email us as soon as possible at hello@malabskin.com to notify us of the damage.

 

C U S T O M S

Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.

Orders shipped to non EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.

 

Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

 

F R E E    3 0   D A Y S    R E T U R N S

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your product (s) within 30 natural days from the date of delivery. 

 

Please note that product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original cardboard outer packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be refunded. Please also make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged while in transit.
 

Return cost must be paid by yourself. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
